Senior KYC Analyst

As a Senior Analyst KYC Operations, you will oversee and ensure the efficient execution of KYC processes while maintaining compliance with regulations. You will handle complex cases and ensure adherence to SLAs. Responsibilities include reviewing complex client files, updating operating processes, and addressing knowledge gaps through targeted training. You will participate in projects, test new tools, and provide effective onboarding for new team members. Additionally, you will coordinate with stakeholders such as the Go-to-Market team, Product, and Compliance as needed.Key Responsibilities:Daily Operations and Risk Management:Review and analyze complex client files, including high-risk accounts. Ensure the smooth running of KYC operations, meet daily goals, and escalate high-risk cases to Compliance.Maintain compliance with evolving regulations by staying updated on KYC rules and internal policies.Team Leadership Support and Coordination:Collaborate closely with the Team Leader and oversee KYC processes, including client onboarding, reviews, event management, and ongoing monitoring, all while adhering to SLAs.Process and Knowledge Improvement:Assess and manage customer-related risks by implementing rigorous KYC controls. Recommend corrective actions or mitigations for identified risks. Take responsibility for updating operating processes as needed. Address knowledge gaps within the team through targeted training, support, and the onboarding of new team members. Train and mentor junior KYC analysts, providing technical guidance and ensuring their professional development. Share KYC knowledge with other teams, particularly the Go-to-Market team, to foster alignment and understanding across the organization.Project Participation and Tool Management:Participate in projects as directed by the Team Leader, report progress, and lead the testing of new tools before implementation. Ensure effective training and integration of new joiners into KYC operations.Reporting and Communication:Regularly report to the Team Leader on operational issues and project progress, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.Stakeholder Coordination:Coordinate with various stakeholders, such as the Go-to-Market team, Product, and Compliance, on demand, to align KYC operations with broader organizational goals and ensure effective communication.As we are an international team, please submit your application and CV in English.About Spendesk:Spendesk is the 7-in-1 spending solution built for finance teams to make faster, smarter spending decisions.
