En tant que Store Manager / Responsable Retail, vous êtes un garant central de la boutique et l'ambassadeur de l'esprit Bacha Coffee au quotidien. Aux côtés du Responsable de Boutique, vous participez activement à faire de chaque visite une expérience inoubliable.Votre rôle s'articule autour de trois dimensions clés : l'humain, la performance et l'expérience.À ce titre, vous :Inspirez, fédères et accompagnez les équipes afin de créer une dynamique collective fondée sur l'élégance, la bienveillance et l'exigence.Assurez le relais managérial sur le terrain, en incarnant les valeurs de la Maison et en donnant l'exemple au quotidien.Développez les talents, révélez les potentiels et contribuez à la montée en compétence de chacun.Veillez à l'excellence de l'accueil, du conseil et du service, en offrant à chaque client un moment privilégié et personnalisé.Garantissez le respect des standards visuels, opérationnels et relationnels propres à Bacha Coffee.Analysez les performances et transformez les indicateurs clés en leviers de progression et de succès.Participez à l'élaboration d'actions commerciales et d'animations contribuant au rayonnement de la boutique.Orchestrez l'organisation quotidienne : plannings, flux, caisses et stocks, dans une logique de fluidité et de précision.Passion de la vente et de l'univers du luxe et de la gastronomie.Expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum dans le Retail premium ou haut de gamme, sur un poste de Store Manager / Responsable Retail ou équivalent.Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.Sensibilité forte à l'univers du luxe, au détail et à l'expérience client.Leadership naturel, capacité à encadrer et à fédérer.Agilité, sang-froid et plaisir à évoluer dans des environnements exigeants et vivants.Polyvalence, rigueur et exemplarité.Seuls les candidats présélectionnés seront contactés.Bacha Coffee célèbre la diversité des talents et s'engage à offrir un environnement inclusif, où chaque personnalité contribue à la richesse de l'expérience collective.Bacha Coffee is not just another coffee.
