Language JobSummary We are currently seeking an IT SAPControlling Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role inenhancing our Finance & Controlling capabilities. With their knowledge of businessprocesses and data flows, IT SAP Controlling Business Analyst acts as a linkbetween business processes and systems and liaises closely with Logisticsdomain experts, as well as the business and 3rd party suppliers. The new team member will work closely withbusiness users to understand the current business process in the mentionedareas to bring about improvement in the Business processes by leveraging hisstrong domain knowledge and familiarity with the SAP Product suite. He will also be needed to contribute inproject execution as functional lead of the area, delivering pre-study andimplementing new solutions across the organization. As an IT SAP Controlling Business Analyst youwill be part of the Finance stream of our S4HANA journey. You are responsible for analyzing Financeprocesses, understanding business requirements, and implementing SAPsolutions. Your expertise in S/4HANA ensures streamlinedand efficient finance operations. Another part of this roles is managing theoperational changes raised by business, challenging them, and proposingsolutions to improve business process. Global area of action: US, Europe, and Asia. Responsibilities & Duties Participate as SAP Controlling expert in ourTransformational SAP S4 HANA program Act as SAP CO subject matter expert across keyareas: Product Costing (CO-PC), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Collaborate with Finance teams acrossConstellium Sites to understand and gather requirements for both indirect anddirect procurement processes. Conduct in-depth analysis of currentprocurement workflows, identify process inefficiencies, and recommendimprovements using SAP S/4HANA functionalities. Proactively identify opportunities acrossFinance processes across various sites and design S4HANA process around them. Lead workshops/discussions with Business andexternal parties and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understandbusiness requirements to translate them into S4HANA solutions. Act as a liaison between business stakeholdersand technical teams, translating business requirements into technicalspecifications. Validate/Verify solution designs and effortestimate in Projects as well as change requests. Ensure seamless integration between domainfunctions, operations and 3rd party suppliers. Travel Requirements US & Europe Mandatorily Should have executed atleast one SAP ECC or S4HANA implementation project with hands on expertise in configuring and customizing Controlling module. Strong knowledge in SAP Controlling modules isa must in an industrial manufacturing environment. Knowledge of integrationbetween Controlling &Production Planning module. Experience in Metal industry is a plus. Should have executed at least one SAP ECC orS4HANA implementation project with hands on expertise in configuring and customizing Controlling module. Good understanding of Controlling processesand in managing respective applications. 8 - 10 years of experiences in aninternational IT environment Excellent organizational, administrative and soft skills with the ability to multitask. Proactive, open minded and flexiblepersonality with experience in working on a matrix environment. Occasional travel could be required in Europe Fluent in French & English – German is a plus Education Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field Interview Process 4interviews are planned Guarantee Period 90 Days.
