CDI - Trade Marketing & Retail Experience Manager - KAMA AYURVEDAParis, FRReporting directly to the Brand General Manager, the Trade Marketing & Retail Experience Manager will play a pivotal role at the crossroads of consumer experience, retail animation and operations, and trade marketing. Working hand in hand with our new markets, especially the UK, and with our domestic emerging market, India, this role acts as a critical bridge between the global brand team and market execution teams. We are looking for a passionate expert in retail and customer experience — someone who will elevate our clienteling strategy across the retail network and ensure the consistent delivery of an outstanding consumer experience at every touchpoint. As part of our collaborative brand team, you will partner with all brand functions, corporate, and market stakeholders to craft a distinctive Kama Ayurveda retail experience, while driving increased productivity per door.Trade marketing:Build effective working relationships with the rest of the Global Brand team and Market teams to be able to support the implementation of the global strategy into the local markets and drive business growth.Support and learn from the Markets on consumer and retailer needs, funnelling strategies and ideation into the Global brand and back to the Market teams to action.Act as a key partner with the Markets to assess retailer opportunities and go-to-market strategies, and be present to support with any needs – presentations, on the ground retailer support etc.Work in partnership with the rest of the Brand team to support markets on all the levers they need to manage business- pricing, assortment, visibility to core analytics.Work together with the Global Store Design and VM team on both permanent builds and temporaire concepts.Create category portfolio and retail performance reports in collaboration with internal finance and business partners to support global visibility and understanding on winning strategies and investments.Consumer & retail Experience:Drive strategies to win across all channels- alongside the w/sale teams, also managing and working in tandem with the Education & Spa partners.Develop and implement of the Consumer Experience vision, strategy and plan.Drive Productivity and profitability per square meter of retail space.Define and maintain Brand standards for the retail environment, client navigation and interactions.Define strategic insights based on Consumer & Retail Experience trend, innovations & categories.Collaborate with Retail Design teams to create cohesive and comprehensive branded retail consumer journeys.Oversee Education & training and work in tendem with internal and external Spa business partners.Team management – 2 reports:One Education and Training manager (incl. Selling ceremony).One Category and retail performance junior manager.Experience:Experience within the Beauty or Luxury industries in a similar role.Proven operational marketing knowledge is essential.Experience in retail and/or consumer marketing would be a plus.Background on UK and/or Indian market would be a plus.Languages:English(must-have); French (nice-to-have).Self-starter able to work autonomously, driving momentum on multiple projects and proactive planning ahead.Highly organised with prioritisation skills.Team managementHighly numerate, with ability to analyse figures to draw conclusions and strong business recommendations.Strong communication and presentation skills.Collaborative team player, with strong influencing and coordinating skills.At ease dealing with complexity and ambiguity.Sensitivity to beauty and retail environment, and good attention to detail.Specific Knowledge required:Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Outlook, Word, advanced Excel and PowerPoint all essential). #J-18808-Ljbffr
