Job Description The Product Data Coordinator delivers the key Product Data documents for external use: Legal Texts, Feeding Guides and Certificates of Formula for the development and deployment of all Royal Canin products globally (Dry, Wet, other textures, Functional complements, Eukanuba). Education And Experience Postgraduate diploma level in food‑processing, biology or chemistry (Bac+5) Min. 2 years experience in FMCG sector or related industry. Skills And Abilities Excellent communication skills. Strong coordination and organizational abilities. High attention to detail. Proficient in IT systems relevant to the role. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. Key Responsibilities Delivering Product Data Information On‑time In Full to support Innovation/Renovation plan (QUEST) You will be responsible for providing compliant Legal texts and feeding tables from any product from Royal Canin Portfolio for all Regulatory zones, and for all types of products. Aligns with Project Managers (Global or Regional) the timeline for the deliverables respecting the team workload capacity and informs them of risks or delays. Coordinates with relevant stakeholders to define specific Information required (global Marketing, global and local Regulatory, Scientific Affairs, Formulation and Graphic Chain) to ensure Regulatory Compliance. Perform a double‑check that the formulas are compliant to the Formula Logic and to the regulatory Nutritional Guidelines applicable, coordinating the modifications in case of discrepancy. Delivers the Legal text and Feeding tables in WeShare on time and accurately (Right‑First‑Time). Associates In WeShare the related IP assets (patents). When required for Import, delivers the Certificate of Formula for registration, according to the requirement of the Importing countries. Is the key contact to answer Product‑related questions from Customer Cares and Scientific Support teams In the markets, and transfer when required. Driving compliance and ensuring Continuous Improvement Ensures interface with Regulatory, Graphic Chain, Formulators, Product Developers to always get the up to date nutritional and regulatory guidelines Impacting Ingredient declaration and product Design. Is responsible for data quality In the systems to update when required. Participates to the Investigation In case of non‑conformity on packaging, actively leads root‑cause analysis and Identification of the Correctives and preventive actions. Is very proactive with Knowledge Management within the PDC team: generates knowledge, capture It and share It within the PDC team to avoid repetitive mistakes, Increasing Right‑First‑Time. Key‑users of systems critical to the activity (Calisto, Feeding Guide bot, PowerBI) Ensure associates are trained and competent in using the system. Collects development opportunities and align development roadmap with System Functional Expert and DT owner. Contribute to the development of new functionalities by being the voice of the users.
