We offer a comprehensive and expanding array of road trip possibilities: short‑term RV rentals, long‑term campervan subscriptions, and the possibility of buying one of our vehicles available for sale. Rooted in a deep technological focus, our challenges are both exciting and demanding and require top talent and motivation to be successfully pursued.The RoleTake the lead at our depot in France, ensuring outstanding customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition, and owning all operational issues to guarantee smooth depot operations. You report directly to the Branch and Regional Operations Manager.What Will You Work OnEnsuring that daily vehicle turnover is done according to policy.Coordinating teams involved in the vehicle turnover flow to maintain cleanliness, audits, inspections, maintenance controls, spare parts inventory, and kit preparation.Assisting with training and coaching of the local team.Possibility to conduct onboarding and training at other branches.Providing support to branch and fleet managers to maintain campervan condition.Controlling depot layout and organization.Playing an active role in operational process optimization.Who Are We Looking ForTravel enthusiast with direct customer contact experience; background in tourism, hospitality, retail, or rent‑a‑car is desirable.Fluent in English and French (mandatory).Eligible to work in France, holds a valid driver’s licence, and can drive a campervan (mandatory).Available to work weekends and national holidays.Responsible, reliable, and serious about work.Well‑organized and adept at problem solving.The Indie CommitmentBe part of a young, fast‑growing, innovative company where you make a difference.Career development opportunities in Field Operations and transition possibilities to offices in Lisbon, Mexico City, or Manila.Continuous training and coaching to develop the skills most important to you.Compensation package including performance and referral bonuses.Free road trips across Europe, North America, and Oceania to experience Indie firsthand.LocationParis, Île-de-France, France #J-18808-Ljbffr
