L’entreprise Rejoins une fintech à forte croissance qui construit une infrastructure de paiement internationale. La mission : simplifier et unifier les paiements (Mobile Money, carte, virement, crypto) pour favoriser l’inclusion financière dans des régions où l’accès aux services bancaires reste limité. Un projet à impact réel, à la croisée de la tech et de la finance responsable. Les missions: Concevoir, développer et maintenir des services backend critiques (Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js). Participer aux choix d’architecture et à la modernisation du legacy. Contribuer à des projets à fort enjeu technique : intégration de flux crypto, automatisation de process, scalabilité des systèmes. Garantir la performance, la sécurité et la qualité du code. Accompagner la montée en compétences de l’équipe tech. Profil recherché: 5 ans+++ d’expérience en développement backend, avec une solide expertise en Node.js / TypeScript. Maîtrise de PostgreSQL, Redis, CI/CD (GitLab) et idéalement Azure. Capacité à concevoir des systèmes robustes et scalables. Esprit analytique, goût du challenge et excellence technique. Autonomie, sens des responsabilités et mindset positif. Bonus : appétence pour les outils IA (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code…). Les++ : Impact concret : contribuer à un projet qui favorise l’inclusion financière. Environnement exigeant et bienveillant : confiance, responsabilité, excellence. Proximité avec le VP Engineering et participation aux décisions stratégiques.
