Our system defines what insurance coverage (health or life & disability) our members get, with a high level of customization. What you’ll build and who you’ll work with Next‑Gen Healthcare Framework: 4 countries (and more to come), multiple products (insurance but also several other healthcare products) but one system. Come build the contract & service stack that will power Alan’s growth for the next 10 years. AI‑powered Acquisition Engine: Sales teams are autonomous & assisted by AI to customize coverage, compute pricing and generate contracts in real‑time. No need for actuaries, no more waiting days for quotes. Automated Renewal System: Automatically reviews and adjusts coverage for our entire portfolio annually, accounting for legal changes, consumption trends, and economic shifts. What we’re looking for Technical Requirements: 3+ years building scalable backend systems. Experience with high‑traffic applications that real users depend on.
