Mission & Impact We equip our Sales team with tools to craft offers, price them, and contractualize them in one go. We also power our self‑serve subscription flow. Over time, we manage our contract lifecycles, ensuring they’re always up‑to‑date with legal requirements, responsible consumption best practices, and balanced loss ratios. Alan's claim engine, billing system, and many other parts of our stack rely on the offers we build to deliver a pristine experience to our members. What you’ll build and who you’ll work with Next‑Gen Healthcare Framework: 4 countries (and more to come), multiple products – insurance and other healthcare products – but one system. Build the contract & service stack that will power Alan’s growth for the next decade. AI‑powered Acquisition Engine: Autonomous sales teams assisted by AI to customize coverage, compute pricing, and generate contracts in real time. No need for actuaries and no more days waiting for quotes. Automated Renewal System: Automatically reviews and adjusts coverage for our entire portfolio annually, accounting for legal changes, consumption trends, and economic shifts. You will work closely with insurance experts, business specialists, sales teams, and collaborate with other engineering teams across Alan. We act as the bridge between complex regulations and simple user experiences.
