Our team of 700+ people is growing rapidly.Account Executive (Learn & Care)We’re expanding our Sales team in France and need a full‑stack Sales person to engage prospects and turn them into happy Alan customers. You will focus on the Learn & Care industry, interacting with HR executives to CEOs in daycare centres, schools, hospitals, home help services, and social work organisations.ResponsibilitiesOwn the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with an average cycle of 6 months for companies of 30‑300 employees.Drive deals and close strategic opportunities, sometimes handling post‑sale relationships to ensure smooth onboarding.Educate prospects, deliver product demos, and onboard key stakeholders.Apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to create a pleasant, high‑touch prospect experience.Challenge the team to improve products, methods, and strategy, and participate in initiatives to expand our customer base.QualificationsAt least 4 years of experience managing the full sales cycle, with prospecting as a key element.Full working proficiency in French (C2+) and advanced level in English.Highly organized with exceptional follow‑up skills.Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects’ problems.Strong influence skills through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus‑building.Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team.Eager to learn fast and make an impact from day one.Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz.Perks & BenefitsFair rewards: generous equity packages (permanent contracts only).Flexible office with hybrid setup: Paris HQ or sponsored co‑working hubs in Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.All the tools you need: Macbook Air, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and Bose headphones.Flexible vacation policy and working hours.Extremely comprehensive health insurance: 100% for you and your children, 90‑100% for partners (permanent contracts only).Generous transit benefit.Learning and training opportunities: free books and budget to attend conferences.Personal growth through coaching: dedicated coaching from day one.Parental leave: extended leave for all new parents (permanent contracts only).We’re an Inclusive EmployerWe care about having a diversity of experiences, profiles and backgrounds in our team.
