Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world Responsibilities Entrepreneurial Leadership: Take responsibility for the overall health of the operations, including profit and loss responsibility. Strategic Development: Contribute to developing the strategy for the operational site's in alignment with the Lead Center(s), adjust it to local market conditions and execute plans to meet strategic targets. Productivity and Quality Improvement: Enhance productivity, quality, and manufacturing competitiveness through lean manufacturing techniques and capital expenditures. KPI Management: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), set priorities, and make daily decisions regarding staffing, capital, operational expenditures, training, and costing. Marketing Responsibility: Ensure that customers are well informed and guided regarding new products and manufacturing processes. Health, Safety, and Environment : Coordinate and monitor the fulfillment of all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety, and Environment. Lead by Example: Uphold the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and Code of Conduct, develop employees, drive talent acquisition and management processes, and foster a proactive work culture. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience Specified Years of Industry-relevant experience Specified Years of Relevant Leadership experience Relevant certifications, system experience, and training Professional-Level English language skills preferred Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while serving as a sparring partner to internal/external stakeholders.
