Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Claims Management Join Alan as a Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) in our Claims Management team, building the insurance infrastructure that 700K+ people depend on across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. The Mission & Impact We refund €350M+ of healthcare expenses annually to 1M+ members while keeping costs low. Our product division handles all critical parts of health claims, making it a technical, deep, and exciting place to work. What you'll build and who you'll work with Document processing – 2M documents received every year, parsed with LLMs and further automated. Claims experience – building a memorable, straightforward experience for members across 4 countries, on mobile and desktop. Payments – creating a payment infrastructure and source ingestion system to refund members quickly. Fraud fighting – saving €4M in 2024 with an internal stack combining ML scoring, anomaly detection, and manual investigations. ⭐ Is it you we’re looking for? We are looking for engineers with 3+ years of experience who enjoy building complex systems that run flawlessly 24/7 at scale. Our stack includes React, Python/Flask, PostgreSQL in a monorepo. We deploy daily and practice distributed ownership – you build it, you own it.
