Identify opportunities for system improvements to enhance sales process efficiency Provide leadership in troubleshooting issues that arise in the operation of sales applications Team work with Logistic and finance teams on common topics Contribute to change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new systems across business units Coordinate with various stakeholders including business units, IT teams, external partners to ensure level of service and projects follow-up Ensure rigorous testing processes are in place for all updates, upgrades, or new implementations before going live As EDI manager, contribute and follow the projects, guarantee level of service with our partner Your profile : Master degree in Computer Science Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects within sales & logistic domains Previous experience in a SAP team management position would be an asset Proficiency in SAP Sales domain is required.
