We need someone who is passionate, autonomous, and loves technical challenges. You will be using Node.js a lot. Your Main Missions will be : Design and develop new features from scratch, both on the frontend and backend, independently enhancing user experience and product functionality. Improve the code base with refactoring, bug fixes, and optimization. Work on multiple projects simultaneously. Work constantly with the Product team, as part of the whole development process. Help the customer support team on technical issues, providing prompt and effective solutions. Facilitate knowledge sharing and capacity building by training fellow developers. Possibility to step into the role of technical lead within your squad in the future, driving excellence and setting standards. Key Results Within 3 months you will have: Successfully onboarded and integrated into the team. Developed a deep understanding of our B2B SaaS products and their technical requirements. Contributed to the development of new features and improvements to our existing codebase. Within 12 months you will have: Played a key role in the development and delivery of multiple successful projects. Robust understanding of NodeJS and MongoDB. Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects. Comfortable with agile methodologies. Good communicator. Comfortable working remotely; tools like Gather, Slack, Notion are your best friends. Adaptable and eager to learn new things; experience with front-end integration, back-end development, mongo optimization, customer support, etc. Fluent in French and English, and located in a French timezone. Nice to have First experience in a B2B SaaS startup. Self-taught, developing personal projects since childhood or during evenings/weekends; big plus but not mandatory. Additional information Salary between 50K€ and 70K€ fixed salary + 15K€ bonus. Where you live and work is totally up to you – need to be in a timezone close to ours (France +/- 2 hours).
