Responsibilities Define and execute the complete go‑to‑market strategy for the segment, identifying growth bottlenecks, market opportunities, and priority areas across short‑term and long‑term horizons. Set bottom‑up targets, monitor performance, and deliver weekly updates on ARR, churn, and gross profit. Provide deep market intelligence on customer personas, pain points, and competitive positioning; maintain a continuous customer pulse through interviews and sales call reviews. Build differentiated value propositions and craft segment‑specific assets (email campaigns, landing pages, lead magnets) to accelerate acquisition. Collaborate with channel owners across paid advertising, SEO, partnerships, and referral programs, offering rapid deep‑dive support and feedback on channel initiatives. Surface segment‑specific feature requirements, track analytics needs, and continuously improve performance dashboards with AI & Data team support. Contribute to cross‑functional projects such as legal setup considerations and renewal inputs to ensure segment profitability. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in product marketing. Experience in strategic business development and/or go‑to‑market is a plus. Full fluency in French and English, written and spoken. Strong analytical skills and ability to build dashboards using AI assistants. Entrepreneurial, growth mindset, self‑starter thriving in a fast‑moving environment. Exposure to pricing/packaging and unit economics with the ability to reason about profitability. Collaborative, able to influence cross‑functional teams.
