Descriptif du posteEn collaboration avec l'équipe Produit, l'équipe Tech de Skello a pour objectif de développer un produit intuitif, fiable et sécurisé pour nos utilisateurs.
Divisées en impact-teams, les équipes sont composées de profils Juniors, Intermédiaires et Séniors afin d'avoir une diversité de compétences dans l'amélioration de notre solution. Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous travaillons sur des sujets variés : passage d'une architecture monolithique vers une architecture de micro services, déploiement de notre plateforme sur de nouveaux pays et marchés… Dans ce contexte, nos équipes se renforcent.
C'est pourquoi nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Staff Engineer Senior pour nous aider dans le développement de Skello.
En tant que Staff Engineer Senior, tu interviendras sur la roadmap architecture et notamment sur les sujets d'intelligence artificielle et sur des sujets transverses à toutes les équipes techniques.
Ton rôle sera principalement opérationnel mais tu seras aussi amené à accompagner les équipes dans leurs choix quotidiens en garantissant la cohérence de notre système au global et sur le déploiement de certaines solutions.
Tu auras notamment pour missions :
- Coder (au moins 70% de son temps) sur les sujets de la roadmap technique.
- Prendre en charge de bout-en-bout la conception, l'implémentation et le déploiement en production de nouveaux services / solutions "scalables" et performants.
- Travailler sur des sujets techniques complexes.
- Participer activement à la squad architecture.
- Participer à la construction de la roadmap architecture et développement.
- Réaliser des proof of concept pour valider des hypothèses.
- Réaliser des plans de déploiement des différentes solutions techniques retenues.
- Mener des changements structurels dans notre approche du développement afin d'améliorer la performance, la fiabilité, la scalabilité, l'accessibilité et la sécurité.
- Collaborer avec des équipes transverses pour identifier et prioriser les initiatives de développement, et guider la mise en œuvre de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
- Être proactif au sein des équipes en investiguant, analysant et en challengeant les systèmes "legacy" et technologies existantes afin de proposer des solutions et approches innovantes.
- Être le garant technique de plusieurs composants critiques de l'architecture technique globale.
Veille :
Se tenir au courant des tendances du secteur notamment celui autour de l'intelligence artificielle et des bonnes pratiques en matière de développement logiciel et d'architecture, et les intégrer dans nos processus de développement.
