Associate Manager, Customer Marketing (Bangkok‑based, relocation provided) Join Agoda – a leading global online travel booking platform – as an Associate Manager in our Customer Marketing team located in Bangkok, Thailand. About Agoda Agoda is an online travel booking platform for accommodations, flights and more, operating within a culture that values experimentation, ownership and diverse collaboration. We serve travelers worldwide and are part of Booking Holdings. In this role, you’ll get to: Spearhead the development, execution and optimisation strategy for growing Agoda’s new & emerging marketing channels Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behaviour and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests) and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using SQL, Tableau and other tools Communicate complex findings, performance updates and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management What you’ll need to succeed: 4‑6 years of experience in a Data Analyst role within tech, consulting, e‑commerce or digital marketing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics or Finance Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and generate impactful recommendations Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehousing: SQL, Tableau, MS Excel Innovative problem‑solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges creatively Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills – ability to influence and persuade senior management Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Technology & Information & Internet Equal Opportunity Employer At Agoda, we are committed to an inclusive workforce that reflects diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
