OverviewWe’re looking for a French-qualified lawyer (few years PQE) to join our Paris office in Rueil-Malmaison and support primarily Infor, a global leader in business cloud software and part of the Koch Group.As an active member of Koch Commercial team in Europe, you’ll work closely with our Paris-based legal team and other team members of the global Koch Commercial teams to draft and negotiate Cloud, professional services, and related contracts, supporting complex IT projects around the world focusing on Southers Europe region.ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including Cloud, services, and software licensing agreementsProvide legal support for Infor’s high-value transactions and projectsAdvise commercial and business teams on legal and strategic mattersCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including Koch’s global legal networkEnsure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, while applying company risk philosophy.QualificationsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)French-qualified lawyer with a few years of post-qualification experienceBilingual French speaker with business-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
