You'll be their trusted guide, providing meaningful solutions that make a real difference, swift and timely responses, crystal‑clear information, and transparent guidance every step of the way. Responsibilities Master the intricacies of the French healthcare system. Understand the unique needs of our B2B partners who use Alan as their corporate health insurance provider. Provide exceptional member support (80% of time). Drive innovative Care projects tailored to your expertise (20% of time). Identify and implement key improvements. Transform data insights into actionable solutions. Lead end‑to‑end implementation of process improvements. Guide and inspire fellow Alaners. Build high‑performing project teams. Shape the future of Care at Alan. Ideal Candidate Genuine passion for helping others and joy in solving member challenges. Full working proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
