Offer on‑call gynecology services, covering a broad spectrum of gynecologic care—from infertility and urogynecology to vaginal surgery and complex laparoscopic cases. Support the community by working closely with general practitioners, midwifery partners, and a multidisciplinary team at Vernon Jubilee Hospital (VJH). Participate in operative care, with generous operating room time and opportunities to collaborate on challenging cases. Maintain clinic commitment typically 1–4 days a week with 2–3 OR days each month. Compensation and Benefits Compensation Type: Fee‑for‑Service Estimated gross annual remuneration: $400,000 (fee‑for‑service payment structure, MOCAP level 1). Physician overhead: $4,000–$7,000 monthly, depending on office selection and setup. Relocation funding: $9,000 within BC, $12,000 within Canada, $15,000 for relocation from outside Canada.
