This role encompasses configuration and management of F5 load balancers, Cisco network devices, Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewalls, along with core network services such as DNS and monitoring via SolarWinds.You will ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance of network services, collaborating closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams.Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork Infrastructure ManagementConfigure, monitor, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and wireless devicesManage and optimize F5 BIG-IP load balancers to ensure application availability and performanceAdminister DNS services, ensuring reliability and proper resolution across the enterpriseNetwork Security AdministrationDeploy, configure, and manage Palo Alto Networks and Checkpoint firewallsImplement security policies, VPNs, and access control lists (ACLs) to protect network boundariesMonitor and respond to security incidents, collaborating with cybersecurity teamsMonitoring & TroubleshootingUtilize SolarWinds and other network monitoring tools to track performance, availability, and faultsConduct network troubleshooting and root cause analysis for connectivity, performance, and security issuesPerform capacity planning and network optimization based on monitoring insightsDocumentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate network diagrams, configurations, and operational documentationEnsure compliance with internal security standards and external regulatory requirementsParticipate in change management and incident response processesRequired Qualifications6+ years experience in network administration with hands-on expertise in Cisco routing and switchingProficiency configuring and managing F5 BIG-IP load balancersExperience with Palo Alto Networks and Check Point firewall administrationStrong knowledge of DNS architecture and troubleshootingFamiliarity with network monitoring tools, preferably SolarWinds or equivalentPreferred QualificationsRelevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Palo Alto PCNSE, F5 Certified AdministratorExperience with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible)Understanding of network security frameworks and incident response best practicesKnowledge of cloud networking and hybrid network architecturesExperience with VPN technologies and network segmentation #J-18808-Ljbffr
