Job Description: Location: Haguenau ; Ernolsheim ; Aimargues ; Saint-Denis-De-L'Hôtel Segment: Mars Global Services Contract Type: 12-months contract - Onsite time 2 days a week The Talent Acquisition team's mission is to attract, engage, and secure the right talent to drive sustainable business growth. This role sits within the Talent Acquisition team that partners with an external RPO provider. Our RPO partner manages high-volume recruitment for our Field Sales teams and Plant Operations (Operators & Maintenance Technicians). As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will work hand-in-hand with external recruiters to ensure a smooth, fast, and high-quality hiring process. You will coordinate and support recruitment activities across multiple Mars segments (Royal Canin, Mars Snacking, Mars Petcare & Food). Your scope will cover contract administration, reporting, and pre-boarding for new Mars Associates. Beyond daily operations, this role also includes a project dimension: you will contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives that continuously improve how we hire, communicate, and onboard across Europe. What are we looking for? You have a first successful experience in HR administration or Talent Acquisition or Coordination, whether through a first job, apprenticeship, or internship. You are hands‑on, resourceful, and able to work independently. You are detail‑oriented, structured, and take pride in delivering accurate work. You enjoy improving processes and finding smarter ways of working. You have a strong customer mindset and thrive in a collaborative environment. You are comfortable learning new tools quickly (Workday is a plus, not a must). English is mandatory: you will be part of a European Talent Acquisition team and will work in an international environment. You communicate clearly and professionally, in both French and English. What will be your key responsibilities? Talent Acquisition Administration Administer efficient contract processes, converting offer letters into employment contracts. Manage all pre‑boarding activities for internal and external candidates after offer acceptance, ensuring legal compliance with contracts and documentation. Talent Acquisition Coordination Act as the first point of contact for the MyP&O Transaction Center (HR Administration) in managing pre‑boarding activities, including domestic relocation and talent mobility. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partner to track recruitment requests and support interview scheduling and coordination. Assist international new joiners with legal documentation requests. Continuously improve processes and optimize the candidate experience with a customer‑centric approach. Talent Acquisition Projects Support or lead recruitment projects (e.g. intern & early career campaigns). Contribute to internal communication initiatives for the TA team. Participate in process improvement and digitalization projects. Take part in ad‑hoc Talent Acquisition initiatives across the European network. What can you expect from Mars?
