A Day in the Life You will join the General Direction of Operations (DGO) in Clichy (Paris) supporting global Distribution Centers with a focus on e‑commerce and intralogistics automation. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Governance: Structure L\'Or\'al\'s global automation basket; lead the monthly Automation Design Authority and define standards for flows, storage and picking. Supplier & Commercial: Collaborate with Indirect Sourcing to build a Preferred Supplier List and support supplier selection and negotiations. Project Enablement: Support sites to build CAPEX business cases; provide solution design, simulation, implementation support and onsite pilots (Europe, China). IT & Integration: Partner with Global IT to ensure WMS and infrastructure integration, data flows and system testing. Community & Capability: Animate the engineering community; create an automation playbook, trainings and best‑practice sharing. We Are Looking For You are a hands‑on, collaborative leader with a degree in Mechanical/Systems/Industrial Engineering or equivalent, about 10 years\' experience in supply chain automation (B2C/D2C). Strong skills in Automation & Robotics Solution Design, simulation and business case building. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and supplier negotiation skills. Comfortable with IT integration, data‑driven decision making and international travel (Europe/China). Fluent English.
