Workday Reporting Analyst

Job Description As a Workday Business Analyst specializing in Reporting, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining Workday reporting solutions for our organization. You will be responsible for both operational support (run) and project management to enhance our reporting and data analysis capabilities. You will work closely with HR and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective and relevant Workday solutions. An understanding of core HR processes (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management) is essential. What you will do Support end-users with reporting updates, troubleshooting, and data validation Contribute to roadmap planning by advising on reporting/analytics feasibility, risks, and best practices Assist with the completion of EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) and participate in data load testing to ensure successful data integration Translate HR business needs into the design and development of Workday reports (Advanced, Composite, Matrix, etc.), dashboards, and analytics for HR Maintain custom reports and dashboards and documentation for reports and associated processes, ensuring all reports are accurate, efficient, and up-to-date Work with Business Process Owners to recommend and implement enhancements and best practices that help automate, build efficiencies, enable self‑service, and eliminate manual processes Support the assigned functional areas including gathering user requirements, design, configuration, coordination of user tests and implementation in production Analyze Workday bi‑annual releases to perform non‑regression tests, assess the impact on existing configuration and suggest new enhancements Maintain security domains and security groups, including assignments to users Build Workday Worksheets for audits and alerts to check data quality, identify discrepancies, and establish plans to address them Coordinate with other Workday module owners to ensure shared governance and alignment among all modules Act as functional expert and operational contact to provide user support Maintain documentation for employees, managers, HR and the Workday team Assist in the development of a change process, communication, and training, enhancing reporting usability Conduct monthly HR Community meeting and weekly meeting with regional HR referents Manage tickets (bugs, questions, evolutions) Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workday Business Analyst specializing in Reporting Strong knowledge of Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Business Objects, data sources, and dashboards Strong understanding of Workday Security, Business Processes, and Condition rules Workday Reporting certification is a strong advantage Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach Strong communication skills to work with technical and non‑technical users Experience with Workday Docs is a plus Significant experience in designing, developing and deploying Workday reports (Advanced, Composite, Matrix, etc.) Previous exposure to Talent and Performance and/or Advance Compensation will be a plus but is not mandatory A true explorer: Workday Community has no secret for you A good understanding of HR processes and the ability to maintain confidential information Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Experience working in an international environment A customer service mindset and approach Benefits Flexible working hours Hot beverages free‑access (coffee, tea…) & fresh fruits Monthly breakfasts Video games & board games spaces in our office Baby‑foot, ping‑pong, futsal every Thursday Summer and winter parties “Game/movie night” and other fun events GymLib membership (up to 50% paid) (CDI & apprentice contracts) Gift for new parents (gift cards) Access to Vivendi savings group Why Join the World of Gameloft?
