As a Senior Sales Partner, you will play a key role in Volubile's business expansion by building and developing a strategic partner network. Your mission is to identify, recruit, activate and empower partners capable of generating a significant volume of business. You manage the relationship over the long term while maximizing joint turnover. You work with demanding and varied players, BPOs, customer experience players, integrators, publishers, telcos, consulting firms, with the aim of integrating Volubile technology into their offers and pushing its adoption among their customers. Your role combines strategy, commercial execution, building high-level relationships, and the ability to transform a partnership into a recurring pipeline. Responsibilities Develop a portfolio of high-potential partners by identifying players capable of distributing or integrating Volubile technology quickly: international BPOs, integrators, software publishers, telecom players, telecom players, customer experience specialists. Source and conclude new partnership agreements by negotiating terms, business models, integrations, and activation plans. Design activation plans in order to develop their skills in terms of product knowledge, use cases and benefits for their customers. Develop a robust pipeline by encouraging partners to integrate Volubile into their customer projects, with the direct objective of creating opportunities and revenue. Work closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth integrations and efficient project cycles. Co-build packaged or white label offers with publishers, integrators and telcos, in order to make the solution simple to deploy and attractive for their customers. Monitor, measure and optimize channel performance, turnover, volume of opportunities, activation rate, partner engagement. Represent Volubile at trade shows and events. Identify opportunities for co-innovation, such as the integration of Volubile agents into complex products, for example operator boxes or CRM environments. Desired skills Solid experience in Partner Sales, Channel Sales or Business Development within a BtoB software publisher. Demonstrated success in creating turnover via partners in indirect mode. Knowledge of CRM markets, business software publishers (real estate, medical...), telcos, BPO players (Intelcia, Concentrix, Teleperformance...), and integrators. Ability to manage complex partnerships and activate them to generate recurring business. Leadership and operational temperament to negotiate, convince and involve partners. Comfortable in environments with high technical and product requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage high level interlocutors. Fluent English is essential for interacting with international BPOs and publishing ecosystems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
