We are expanding our team in multiple sunny locations across Europe and are looking for dedicated, motivated, and skilled multilingual individuals with European documents or a visa to join us. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Representative: Provide outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.Content Moderator: Monitor and review user-generated content across digital platforms, ensuring it complies with company guidelines and community standards. Flag inappropriate content and take action when necessary. Requirements: Language Skills: Multilingual (C2 level) and intermediate English (B2 level). Strong problem-solving skills. Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus, but not mandatory. EU Citizenship or Working VISA. Willingness to relocate.
