Solution Architect

OverviewThe Solutions Architect will play a critical role in the successful implementations of new customers to our Planning, Budget and Financial Consolidation platform. This role involves designing and implementing robust, scalable solutions, ensuring a smooth transition, and minimizing downtime. The Solutions Architect will work closely with customer stakeholders, senior executives, management, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure success of projects by achieving steady measurable progress toward defined goals while efficiently executing according to industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technology solutionsDefine, design, implement and test EPM solutions for clientsEnsure the successful execution of the implementation planProvide technical leadership and guidance during the implementationsWork closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of the EPM platformConduct post-migration evaluations to ensure successful delivery and to identify areas for improvementPrepare, distribute, and present status reportsLead status and working meetingsCommunicate changes, risks, actions, issues, and decisions and implement action plans as requiredHold teams accountable for their commitments and assist in removing project roadblocksIdentify and champion process improvement opportunitiesManage customer expectations for deliverablesChampion ongoing process improvement initiatives and leverage organizational resources to improve efficiencyPromote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the teamMaintain project documentation and provide feedback for product documentation improvementsKnow and use all key customer resolution tools across all service groups to facilitate rapid resolution of customer concernsAssist and participate in Scoping Requirements meetingsAssist with preparation of PS SOW’sMaintain strict confidentialityBe mobile and travel to client locations as neededQualificationsPreferred Education and Experience:Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or Business SystemsExperience with EPM solutions such as SAP BPC, One Stream, Anaplan, CCH Tagetik or similar.Travel Requirements:Willingness to travel up to 25%.Personal Attributes:Experience in accounting or finance with strong focus on budgeting and forecastingIn-depth knowledge of accounting processes and financial planning & analysis.Excellent technology skills related to product implementation.High proficiency in Excel, along with strong skills in other Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint), and basic computer skillAbility to answer intermediate-level product questions on various functionalities.Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skillsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize multiple competing tasksAdditional InformationAt this time insightsoftware is not able to offer sponsorship to candidates who are not eligible to work in the country where the position is located.Background checks are required for employment with insightsoftware, where permitted by country, state/province.At insightsoftware, we are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ethnicity, ancestry, religion, national origin, gender, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital or parental status, disability, veteran status, or other class protected by applicable law.
