Responsable Financier de projet senior (H/F) - CDI at GE Vernova As the Senior Finance Project Controller, you will report directly to the Region Finance Leader and have overall responsibility for all reporting, controlling, consolidation, and communication of the project’s financials. The project is a complex $2+ billion investment covering both offshore and onshore operations. Purpose Provide finance leadership and partnership to the Project Director and other project functions, ensuring consistent financial reporting, consolidated results, and rigorous control of cash flow, revenue, margins, bonds, claims, hedging and risk. Key Responsibilities Cash Flow & Margin Management: Own portfolio financials, maintain consistent revenue, cost, margin and cash reporting, reconcile data, and drive bond issuance and usage. Define billing plans, challenge forecasted trading and billing milestones, and prepare quarterly Contract Margin Reviews with the Project Director. Manage hedging strategy, forex exposure, and hedge accounting throughout the project life cycle. Support collection, claim valuation, cost synergy initiatives, and budget deviation mitigation. Participate in cash sessions and invoice lifecycle management. Partner on risk management (bonds, claims, taxes, inflation, etc.) and external audits. Prepare and present management reports, scenario analyses, and consolidated financial reports. Process Management & Functional Coordination Ensure accurate bookkeeping from order booking to project completion. Align ERP and approved project reviews; manage internal controls and DoA. Collaborate with Treasury for currency exposure and bond handling. Develop strong relationships with project controllers across participating units. Lead internal and external audit activities. Qualifications & Experience Finance degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s/CPA or equivalent). 8+ years of finance experience, preferably in energy or power/ transmission projects. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in SAP (PS & SD) and other ERP tools. Excellent interpersonal skills for managing relationships in a complex matrix environment. Experience in large projects and finance consolidation is preferred. Solid accounting background and operational focus in project/service industries.
