Within Quinten Health, you will be part of a team of project managers. In close collaboration with Data Scientists, Biostatisticians, Biomedical Experts, and clients, you will leverage your expertise to support the development of Quinten's activities in the healthcare sector and the execution of projects across various dimensions.You will be responsible for the successful execution of one or multiple client engagements, acting as the liaison between the projects and upper management.Specifically, your role encompasses the following critical areas:Project managementPerform project scoping and establish project frameworks, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource planning.Supervise and lead project teams during execution.Coordinate with account managers and directors by communicating key milestones, anticipating, and mitigating risks.Monitor operational excellence and skill development within the team.Ensure timely and quality delivery within budget and margin constraints.Participate in scientific dissemination such as abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and conferences.Client managementManage client relationships within project settings.Organize and lead client meetings with thorough preparation and high-quality delivery.Align operational execution with contractual objectives.Maintain high client satisfaction levels.Identify new client needs for potential commercial opportunities.Business development (in collaboration with the account executive)Develop commercial propositions.Contribute to account planning and management.Offering managementSupport knowledge capitalization.Participate in the development of offerings.Engage in business or scientific events.Preferred experienceMaster’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience (statistics, data science, modeling, biometrics, epidemiology, economics, etc.).Over 3 years of experience executing projects in healthcare and/or pharmaceuticals sectors.Over 3 years of experience in data science projects.You will be a good fit if:You possess strong synthesis and communication skills to argue technological choices and explain risks and benefits.You are organized, rigorous, and enjoy teamwork.You have led multidisciplinary teams with diverse backgrounds.You are fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.You have experience reporting to senior leadership and providing clear, relevant updates for decision-making.Additional steps include a meeting with our HR manager, a business case discussion with a Project Manager, and a meeting with Quinten Health's Managing Director. #J-18808-Ljbffr
