Paris - 50% Remote - Jusqu’à 70k Description Du Poste Accompagner et conseiller nos clients Participer aux avant-ventes Animer des ateliers et rédiger les spécifications Concevoir des solutions en fonction des besoins exprimés par nos clients Contribuer au développement du pôle d’expertise ServiceNow C’est Vous Formation ingénieur (Master 2). Certifié processus ITIL. Certifié sur au moins un path ServiceNow (ITSM, CSM, PPM, HR…). Expérience de 3 à 5 ans. Compétences technico-fonctionnelles : capacité d’analyse et de synthèse permettant d’appréhender et comprendre les besoins fonctionnels clients. Maîtrise du développement JavaScript, du développement d’interfaces, de l’intégration d’applications ServiceNow et des processus ITIL. Savoir être : rigoureux, autonome, doté d’un bon relationnel, adaptable aux différents contextes clients. Qualités rédactionnelles et bon niveau d’anglais à l’oral comme à l’écrit. #J-18808-Ljbffr
