Your mission:

  1. Reporting to the VP Product Management, you will be a key player at Ledger, delivering exceptional experiences to our users.
  2. Lead and mentor a talented, diverse team of designers and UX researchers (10 people), fostering professional and personal development.
  3. Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to define and implement design strategies that align with business goals.
  4. Drive the creation of visually appealing and user-centric interfaces that reflect our brand and meet user needs.
  5. Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  6. Establish and maintain design standards to ensure consistency across all products.
  7. Promote a collaborative culture across teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  8. Represent Ledger’s design philosophy within the company and in the web3 community.

What we are looking for:

  1. Minimum of 10 years in Product Design and User Experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  2. A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in Product Design, user research, and UX copywriting.
  3. Proven ability to lead and inspire design teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  4. Ability to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions.
  5. Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of front-end development is a plus.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts to various stakeholders.
