Projects apply BCG’s core consulting skills in functional areas such as digitalization, strategy, organization, or performance improvement within the energy environment, and sometimes partner with external specialists to address operational or technical challenges.What You'll DoAs a Senior Associate/Consultant in BCG’s Energy Practice Area, you will be a core member of our practice, collaborating on challenging projects with a diverse team of experts and advising clients on a variety of topics, such as:Developing a strategy to achieve carbon neutrality for the upstream business area at an international Oil and Gas companyDefining the diversification strategy into low‑carbon businesses for an Oil Field Service companySupporting M&A deals and post‑merger acquisitions and integrationsTransforming the operating model of a drilling companyLeading the performance turnaround of a service contractor in South AmericaRedesigning the organization at an exploration and production subsidiary of an international Oil and Gas playerConducting market studies on low‑carbon energies to enable an Oil and Gas company as part of its Energy Transition planDesigning the new offshore operating model of a leading IOC in the North SeaWhat You'll Bring3 to 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, either for an Upstream Operator (IOC, NOC, PE owned) or for a Service CompanyExperience in challenging roles and assets, preferably in technical disciplines (Drilling, Operations, Project development, Geosciences…)Passion for the Oil & Gas industry and the decarbonizationExperience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agendaInterpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations set you apartCollaborative, positive attitude, high ethical standards and experience in international workExcellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, plus strong leadership presenceAdditional infoPour en savoir plus n'hésitez pas à consulter la présentation de cas de la practice Energy.Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
