We work across the value chain to support investors and portfolio companies in defining and embedding their chosen approach to ESG and sustainability impact.Private Equity: We help private equity firms make better investment decisions at every stage of the deal life cycle and build greater returns. We also advise on investment firm strategy and development, creating value through improved performance.Corporate Strategy: We conduct strategic development projects for global asset managers, including business strategy, market entry, distribution strategy, new product development, non-organic growth, and investment process enhancement.We are looking to expand our dynamic Sustainability Advisory team, where we combine strategic insight with deep sustainability expertise to shape the future of finance.Your missionAs a Consultant within Indefi’s Sustainability Advisory practice, you will contribute to high-impact assignments covering a broad range of complex sustainable finance topics for asset owners, asset managers, and portfolio companies. Typical projects include:Designing sustainable finance strategies (e.g., climate and biodiversity integration);Supporting the development and launch of impact funds;Conducting strategic sustainability / ESG / impact due diligence on French and international SMEs;Building sustainability roadmaps for companies and their shareholders.Projects generally last from two to four weeks and involve teams of two to five contributors.Your responsibilities will include:Collecting and analysing quantitative and qualitative data;Leading interviews with clients and market experts;Drafting high-quality deliverables (reports, tools, frameworks);Structuring hypotheses, developing strategic recommendations, and presenting findings to senior leadership.You will also have a chance to contribute to cross-BU projects in collaboration with our Private Equity and Corporate Strategy teams.Finally, by participating in internal initiatives and taskforces, you will play an active role in the growth and continuous improvement of our Sustainability Advisory practice.Your profileWe are looking for an energetic, curious, and rigorous team player with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in sustainability as applied to the corporate and financial contexts.Required QualificationsPassion for sustainable finance and major environmental and social challenges;Degree from a leading business or engineering school;1–3 years of experience in strategy consulting, asset management, private equity, or sustainability/ESG teams;Excellent command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel;Fluent in French and English, additional European languages (e.g., German, Spanish, Italian) are a plus;Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to structure and solve complex problems;Proactive, eager to take responsibility quickly, and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment.Recruitment processThree rounds of interviews (remote and in-person) with senior consultants and the practice Co-Head, including sustainability and classic consulting case studies.WhyJoin UsPurpose-driven work with atalented, multicultural team that shares strong values: collaboration,curiosity, impact, and entrepreneurship;Career development through a structured onboarding program, individual mentoring andcoaching, and tailored career paths;Direct exposure to clients and easy access to leadership;Social: regular team events, offsites, summerand winter parties, and more;Prime location: modernoffices in the heart of Paris (8th arrondissement);Attractive package: competitive compensation package (base salary + annual bonus), employee savings plan, comprehensive health insurance, childcare support, and more. #J-18808-Ljbffr
