Au sein de l'équipe Product Performances, tu rejoindras Tatiana, notre Product Performance Director, pour contribuer activement à la conception, l'évaluation et l'amélioration de nos nouvelles versions de cabines acoustiques. Ta mission principale est d'assister l'équipe dans le développement produit et l'évaluation technique. Tu joueras un rôle clé en proposant des solutions innovantes, en agissant sur le cycle de vie du produit actuel, et en garantissant la qualité de la documentation technique. Ce stage est une véritable immersion au cœur de l'innovation, mêlant créativité, ingénierie mécanique et une forte orientation solution. Tes Principales Missions Conception et Innovation Produit Participer à l'évaluation, à la définition et au développement d'options pour la prochaine version de nos cabines. Concevoir de nouvelles idées de fonctionnalités pour améliorer l'expérience utilisateur. Assurer la modélisation 3D (CAO) et les rendus visuels (Keyshot) des produits. Participer à la réalisation de prototypes. Amélioration et Diagnostic Identifier les points d'amélioration et concevoir des solutions de correction sur les produits actuels. Réaliser des visites chez les clients pour comprendre le cycle de vie et l'usage réel des produits. Documentation et Support Technique Produire la documentation technique pour préparer les phases d’industrialisation et la formation interne. Consolider une ACV (analyse du cycle de vie) de notre produit sur un nouvel outil lié à la conception/performance. Compétences Techniques et Développement Mettre à profit ta compréhension des processus de fabrication de produits physiques. Développer tes compétences en conception environnementale (éco-conception). Work With Island est un employeur garantissant l’égalité des chances. Compétences Requises Étudiant·e en dernière année de cycle Ingénieur (Design Industriel, Éco-conception, Ingénierie Mécanique, etc.) Expérience (stage, projet) en conception de produits physiques Compréhension des processus de fabrication et du design de produits physiques Familiarité avec l’analyse du cycle de vie (ACV) pour évaluer l’impact environnemental Orientation solution et approche Doer avec exécution et résultats Méthodique, adaptable et réactif face aux défis techniques Maîtrise de logiciels de CAO/CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.) et de rendu 3D (Keyshot) Parle couramment français et anglais Ce Que Tu y Gagneras Une expérience concrète et responsabilisante au cœur de l'innovation produit d'une entreprise en croissance La possibilité de designer des solutions réelles qui impactent le bien-être au travail Un environnement qui valorise l'approche solution et la prise d'initiative Entretien RH en visio (30 min) avec Marianne, Talent Acquisition Manager Entretien N+1 (30 min) avec Tatiana, Product Performance Director Entretien managers et test technique (1h) avec Tatiana et Alexandre, Head of Operations Entretien team fit (30 min) avec Adélaïde et Sam, Product Design Engineers Paris, Île-de-France, France #J-18808-Ljbffr
