Job Description 6 months contract in Paris : Option to extend We are seeking an experienced QC Civil Inspector to oversee and ensure the highest quality of internal building works within hyperscale data centers. Candidates must have experience delivering Microsoft Azure Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google data centers with a thorough understanding of the strict quality and compliance standards required inside these facilities. Key Responsibilities Conduct inspections on internal civil and architectural works including: Raised access flooring Internal concrete slabs and coatings Fire‑rated partitions and walls Architectural finishes Doors hardware and interior fit‑out elements Epoxy flooring protective coatings and sealants Clean rooms electrical rooms and technical spaces Verify compliance with ITPs specifications hyperscaler standards and project quality requirements. Inspect equipment plinths cable‑tray supports pad foundations and interior structural elements before handover to MEP teams. Monitor installation quality of firestopping and penetrations ensuring compliance with Microsoft / AWS / Google standards. Raise and manage NCRs punch lists and quality observations for internal works. Review method statements material submittals and shop drawings relevant to architectural / civil interior works. Ensure quality documentation is completed accurately including inspection reports checklists and test records. Coordinate with QA / QC teams construction managers and client representatives to resolve any interior quality issues. Support readiness for commissioning by ensuring all civil works in technical rooms meet required tolerances and enclosure requirements. Ensure all internal works comply with cleanliness dust-control and contamination standards specific to data‑center environments. Required Experience & Qualifications 5 years QA / QC experience in civil or architectural inspection roles. Mandatory experience working on hyperscale data centers for Microsoft Amazon (AWS) or Google. Strong background in internal architectural fit‑out structural interior works and data-center-specific building requirements. Ability to interpret drawings specifications and quality control plans (QCP / ITP). Understanding of fireproofing firestopping interior coatings epoxy systems and clean technical environments. Experience with QA software such as BIM 360 Procore Zutec or similar. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Knowledge of relevant international codes and hyperscaler-specific standards. Preferred Experience working with EPC / EPCM contractors or Tier 1 general contractors in data-center construction. Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering Construction Management Architecture or associated field. Strong understanding of sequencing coordination and handover between civils architectural MEP teams.
