AI Content Creator / Content Manager Join Greenly — a certified B Corp focused on making carbon management essential. Greenly was founded in 2019 and is a global leader in carbon accounting. We combine smart data collection with intuitive automation to help companies measure, reduce, and report emissions. Salary range: €40,000‑50,000 per year, depending on experience. About the team You’ll join Greenly’s Brand & Creative Studio, a small fast‑moving team at the intersection of AI, storytelling, and design. We collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Support to accelerate climate communication. About the role We’re looking for an AI Content Creator who is a system architect and hands‑on creative producer. You’ll stabilize workflows, industrialize AI‑assisted production, and increase speed, quality, and adoption. Key responsibilities Take over and stabilize existing content workflows (video, editing, transcription, repurposing). Audit and rationalize existing assets. Turn experimental formats into repeatable AI‑assisted production systems. Build prompt libraries, templates, and format presets for high‑quality creation. Deliver first set of high‑impact assets across Sales, Brand, AM, Product, and Media. Establish a single source of truth for templates, calculators, and content libraries. Define ownership and update rules for all assets. Align cross‑team priorities and deliverables. Measure adoption, ROI, and impact. Operationalize before moving to new projects. What success looks like in the first year Fully take over and expand the creative scope. Build at least two content factories (video + data story pipelines). Reduce time‑to‑produce by 30‑50% while improving quality. Increase trust, consistency, and cross‑team adoption. Possibly supervise additional creators or automation specialists. Skills and experience Experience in media, creative studios, editorial, or brand environments. Built or operated scalable content systems. Creative systems thinker (video, script, visual, editing). Comfortable with AI tools and workflow documentation. Lead cross‑team rituals and build alignment. Fluent in English and French. Nice to have GPT / prompting. Video generation & editing (HeyGen, Captions, Arcads, Synthesia, Premiere, DaVinci). Visual design & motion tools (Krea, Lovable, Figma, Canva). Notion & workflow design. Not a fit Prefers ideation over execution. Focuses only on design or copy without systems/process thinking. Views AI as a threat rather than a multiplier.
