Responsable des Ressources Humaines chez New Vega | Responsable RH Groupe | Développement RH | Recrutement | Relations sociales | Transformation &…L'entrepriseCréé par des passionnés du divertissement et de l'innovation, New Vega est un groupe international de communication qui réunit des agences aux expertises fortes et complémentaires.Porté par une vision créative et exigeante, le groupe accompagne des marques issues des univers de la tech et du divertissement (gaming, édition, cinéma).Description du posteRattaché.e à la Direction Générale, vous aurez pour rôle de :Développer et piloter un portefeuille de clients stratégiques dans les secteurs de la tech et du divertissementContribuer au développement commercial du groupe via l’identification de nouveaux prospects et au développement de nouveaux servicesManager une équipe sales et coordonner les ressources internes (chefs de projets, consultants, production...)Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des recommandations stratégiques 360° (influence, brand content, social media, event, relations publiques...)Assurer le suivi opérationnel et budgétaire des projets, dans une logique de qualité, de rentabilité et de satisfaction clientProfil recherchéFormation supérieure en marketing, communication et management (type Sciences Po, Celsa, écoles de commerces…)Expérience confirmée (minimum 6 à 8 ans) au sein d’une agence ou d’un groupe médias, sur des fonctions de direction de clientèle ou de conseil, avec une forte expertise sur les sujets techConnaissance des secteurs de la tech grand public et du divertissementMaitrise de l’écosystème média, influence et création de contenu, sens aigu de la stratégie, excellente capacité de synthèse et très bonne expression orale et écriteExcellent niveau d’anglais et maitrise d’une troisième langue appréciéeCapacité à évoluer dans des environnements multiples, à gérer des projets complexes et à arbitrer des prioritésLeadership naturel, aisance relationnelle, sens de l’écoute et de l’initiativePlus d’informations Poste basé à Paris 10e (117 Quai de Valmy) Prise de poste : dès que possible Une équipe soudée qui travaille dans la bonne humeur et dans un cadre studieux Participation à hauteur de 50% aux frais de transport Rémunération suivant profilDirecteur/Directrice Business Développement Conseil Paris H/FSales Director, Investment Banking, EMEA #J-18808-Ljbffr
