As the Manager, Accounts Receivable, you will lead our Accounts Receivable team and play a key role in managing and optimizing cash flows. You will be responsible for the entire Accounts Receivable cycle, from billing to collection, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency of processes across a range of entities. Your Role : Supervise the daily operations of Accounts Receivable, including billing, cash receipts, and reconciliations. Perform revenue reconciliation in collaboration with FP&A team Develop strategies to optimize collection processes and reduce payment delays in collaboration with the cash manager. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and enhance the customer experience. Prepare monthly and annual reports on the status of Accounts Receivable. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. Identify and implement improvements to optimize accounting processes. Manage, train, and develop the Accounts Receivable team. Your Profile: Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. Excellent command of accounting principles and experience with ERP & cash collection softwares. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
