Since 2017, finance and procurement teams have used Trustpair to eliminate vendor fraud while reclaiming 90% of the time they once spent on manual checks.Our core product focuses on secure, reliable vendor account validation to wipe out fraud and boost efficiency. Internally, teams across Trustpair use AI tools in their day-to-day work to automate repetitive tasks and unlock strategic insights. From day one, you’ll be encouraged and trained to integrate these tools into your workflow in a practical, hands‑on way.About the roleIntegrated into our talented Engineering Team, you’ll work within one of our feature squads on creating a scalable and efficient product which consistently meets the needs of our clients. You’ll work on collaborative topics such as designing new features & functionalities, implementation, development and even testing the application.Trustpair’s engineering team works with the latest technologies, as a Cellular Organization, meaning we reshape and adapt to ensure our teams stay autonomous, independent and have impact on the decisions made.This is a permanent contract (CDI), suitable for candidates based in France. Hybrid or full remote within France is possible.What you’ll doTake the lead in creating innovative features by following best practices and maintaining exceptional code quality.Engage in every phase of the SDLC; contribute to the architecture, code development, and oversee the launch of new releases.Support critical services for our customers which ensures the security of their payments.Keep a finger on the pulse of the technology landscape, identify emerging technologies and industry trends, and proactively recommend relevant improvements to our existing stack.Champion engineering excellence by fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
