OverviewProject Engineer – Dimensional and Visual Testing at Westinghouse Electric Company. The role is based in Villejust (91) or Marseille (13) and reports to the Head of Inspection France and functionally to a Project Manager. The position is within the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) group of the European Inspection platform. Welcome to the future of nuclear energy. Westinghouse fosters innovation and values diversity in the global workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct studies related to the development and implementation of NDT methods.Lead the development of dimensional and visual inspection processes, with potential expansion to other NDT methods (UT, RT, ET, etc.).Draft bilingual documentation required for projects (Specifications, Technical Justifications, Inspection Procedures, etc.).Lead and/or perform development and qualification testing of processes; train field personnel prior to operations on nuclear sites.Provide technical supervision during operations and manage associated deviations.Participate in technical and commercial bids.Possibility to evolve into a technical referent and/or expert role depending on profile.Based in Villejust or Marseille with potential travel to workshops, nuclear sites in France or abroad, or client premises.Schedule may include shifts and/or weekend work depending on projects.QualificationsMaster's degree (Bac+5) with a technical focus.Expertise in NDT/END with knowledge of physical measurements and materials.Significant experience in metrology (manual dimensional inspections, 3D measurements, uncertainty calculations, control jig design, etc.).Significant experience in visual weld inspections, both direct and remote.VT and/or PT Level 2 certification; additional ISO 9712 Level 3 certifications are a plus.At least 5 years of experience in NDT within high-safety environments; nuclear sector and EDF experience is a plus.Autonomous, meticulous, team-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.Bilingual in French and English; proficiency in German or Spanish is a plus.Valid driving license (Category B).BenefitsAttractive remunerationPeer-to-peer recognition programLunch vouchersTransportation allowanceWork-from-home allowanceEmployee Assistance Program: counseling and resources for employees, eligible dependents, and household membersLearning and development opportunitiesParticipation in community service events and team-building activitiesAbout WestinghouseWestinghouse is an Equal Opportunity Employer including Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities.For more information about Westinghouse, visit: http://www.westinghousenuclear.comGet connectedTwitter | Facebook | LinkedIn | YouTube #J-18808-Ljbffr
