Led by a team of clinical, technical, analytical, and support professionals with deep industry experience, our people are passionate about the communities our customers serve and want to help them provide the highest quality services.Job DescriptionThis is a remote position.The Marketing Operations & Automation Manager is a hands-on role responsible for maximizing marketing automation systems, optimizing lead flow, and ensuring prospects move efficiently through the funnel—from first touch to SQL.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMarketing Automation & Systems ManagementOptimize marketing automation tools (including HubSpot) including workflows, segments, forms, and always-on programs.Ensure clean and accurate data flow between marketing systems and the CRM.Build and maintain lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and behavioral triggers.Create and optimize automated nurture campaigns to engage leads throughout the buyer journey.Demand Generation & Funnel MovementPartner with digital and content teams to support paid and organic demand-generation activities.Ensure leads not only enter the funnel but continue progressing toward MQL and SQL status.Monitor funnel conversion rates and identify opportunities to accelerate lead movement.Support campaign execution through segmentation, tracking, and performance insights.Optimization, Reporting & AnalysisBuild dashboards and reports to track lead flow, campaign performance, and funnel health.Conduct A/B testing and performance reviews to optimize nurtures, scoring, and routing.Recommend improvements to increase conversion rates and overall pipeline quality.Work closely with sales to align on lead routing, SLAs, and follow-up expectations.Provide feedback loops to ensure scoring models and nurture content reflect real buyer behavior.Collaborate on process improvements that enhance the customer journey across teams.RequirementsMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or demand generation.Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).Strong understanding of lead scoring, lifecycle stages, funnels, and automation best practices.Highly analytical with experience managing data, workflows, and campaign reporting.Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable owning technical systems and processes.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and data management skills.Comfortable with outreach and engaging warm leads in a professional, consultative manner.Preferred QualificationsExposure to SaaS, healthcare technology, or behavioral health markets.Experience improving funnel conversion rates and optimizing lead flow.Familiarity with sales and marketing alignment best practices.Experience supporting a high-growth SaaS or health-tech company.Ability to identify trends, recommend strategies, and implement process improvements.Fully Remote WorkforceAs a virtual-first organization, we can attract the best talent no matter where we all live.
