You will work with transformer‑based video encoders and multimodal pipelines, develop robust training datasets, and optimize models for edge and cloud. This role directly powers autonomous documentation and intelligent assistance in the operating room, collaborating with surgeons and machine‑learning researchers. Work with cutting‑edge technologies like transformer‑based video encoders and multimodal AI in a high‑impact medical field. Directly contribute to the next generation of autonomous documentation and intelligent assistance in operating rooms. What you will do Design and build state‑of‑the‑art computer vision models for real‑time surgical step prediction. Develop robust training datasets from robotic surgery video and optimize models for edge and cloud inference. Collaborate with surgeons and machine‑learning researchers to validate model performance in clinical settings. The ideal candidate Proven experience designing and implementing computer vision models, especially with video data. Familiarity with transformer‑based architectures and temporal action segmentation.
