You proactively sell steel process belts, spare parts, service activities, retrofits, upgrades and preventive maintenance contracts from IPCO. There is cooperation with the Swedish headquarters, including in the field of reporting and support.Function DescriptionService & sales: You will proactively sell new IPCO equipment and complete turnkey solutions by regularly visiting engineering firms, potential and existing customers and advising them on IPCO's full product and service offering. You will also promote IPCO's productivity centers to realize new applications or optimize customer product quality. You will carry out various sales activities, including technical advice, inspections, preparation of quotations, negotiations and participation in trade fairs or seminars, and you are constantly looking for new applications and customers.Relationship management: You maintain contact with different customer profiles (from technicians to management) and build lasting relationships. You understand customer needs and advise on suitable solutions from the IPCO portfolio.Product optimization: You promote innovations from IPCO, such as new technologies or improvements through our Productivity Centers, and help customers further optimize their processes.Documentation & CRM: You keep accurate customer information in our CRM system and ensure correct and timely recording of quotations, reports and action points.Problem solving: You identify technical bottlenecks with customers in a timely manner and make proposals to solve them structurally, for example by using suitable materials or maintenance strategies.Quality improvement: You actively think about product improvements and share insights with internal departments.
