Our network provides consumers with high-quality vision care and top-tier shopping experiences through outlets like Sunglass Hut, LensCrafters, Salmoiraghi & Viganò, the GrandVision network, and leading e-commerce platforms.Join our global community of over 200,000 dedicated employees worldwide, driving transformation in the eyewear and eye care industry.GENERAL FUNCTIONThe EMEA Professional Solutions (PS) Distribution Leader for a Top Luxury Brand is responsible for implementing short- and mid-term commercial strategies and executing initiatives for this luxury brand portfolio. This role collaborates with brands and channels to develop and manage regional initiatives and distribution strategies, serving as the key point of contact across corporate functions for the management of the entire portfolio within EMEA.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead the EMEA PS distribution strategy for this luxury brand portfolio, ensuring proper monitoring and execution of brand guidelines aligned with local business needs and targets.Support the Global Distribution Manager in developing and managing regional initiatives and projects, including distribution strategy, contract implementation, and brand elevation assessments.Partner with the Brand team to identify and develop new business opportunities within the distribution network, coordinating the rollout of projects across channels.Monitor business results across channels, analyze insights from brand and commercial teams, and assist in tracking performance at all levels.Work with channels to define critical actions, adjust brand plans, and meet budget and distribution targets.Apply qualitative and quantitative criteria to monitor the commercial strategy in partnership with channel teams.Support continuous improvement of enforcement and monitoring processes to ensure standards are met and enhanced.Manage enforcement processes to track and address diverted business, ensuring compliance with company policies.Assess and revise distribution strategies to focus on key luxury partners, strengthening relationships and increasing productivity.Define and update performance metrics and objectives based on market trends.This position may evolve to include managerial responsibilities in the mid-term.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar, or equivalent experience.10+ years of marketing experience.7+ years of practical experience in marketing, business, and brand management within commercial, retail, or e-commerce environments.Significant experience managing selective distribution in the luxury sector.Knowledge of market dynamics and key players in the industry.Fluent in English; French or Italian is a plus.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data focusing on results and performance.Excellent problem-solving skills and prioritization abilities.Experience managing enforcement processes and addressing diverted business activities.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key luxury sector partners.Ability to develop a trusted network within the organization.Understanding of portfolio management, multi-brand, and mono-brand initiatives.Ability to coordinate and implement global projects at a regional level. #J-18808-Ljbffr
