This full-time opportunity comes with a relocation package included, making your transition smooth and supported from day one. In this role, you will support customers and help deliver high-quality service in a dynamic and international environment. Your Responsibilities Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in French Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy Resolve issues and guide users with provided solutions Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Language Requirements French: C2 English: B2 Work Schedule Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays) 08:00 AM 06:00 PM (Portuguese time) Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day per week What We Offer Relocation Package (for candidates moving from outside Portugal): Flight reimbursement up to 400 after 6 months of employment (economy class) Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months (rent 280/month, all bills included and directly deducted from salary) Daily meal allowance provided to support your lunch expenses Monthly transport support to make your commute easier Health Insurance: Available from day 1 (with a small monthly contribution); fully covered after 6 months of employment Join our growing team in Lisbon and enjoy a career where professional development meets the lifestyle of Southern Europe.
