If curiosity and drive are your motivators, this global challenge is for you Our R&D department is hiring a CAD & Electrical Modelling Engineer (M/F). Responsibilities Develop, provide, and maintain predictive electrical models. Contribute to the development and enhancement of CAD design kits and libraries. Day‑to‑day responsibilities Create, validate, and deploy electrical models in a simulation environment, in collaboration with designers and application engineers. Maintain, configure, and deploy internal CAD tools (such as Cadence, Spice). Implement optimised design flows for electrical and electromagnetic design & simulation of products. Act as the technical point of contact between internal teams and CAD tool suppliers. Train and support internal CAD users. Contribute to automation and tool development to meet R&D needs. Profile You hold an engineering degree, Master's or PhD in microelectronics or electrical modelling. You possess strong interpersonal skills, especially in project coordination and presentation. Alongside a clear interest in IT systems, the role requires strong technical writing skills and the ability to understand technical documentation, as well as fluency in English. A minimum of 5 years' experience is required in electrical modelling using Spice and CAD development.
