About This Role We are at a pivotal moment in defining Yubo’s future and need a Mobile Product Designer who can move fast, own KPIs, and turn hypotheses into high‑impact premium experiences. You should have experience designing revenue‑driven features on mobile social apps. Your Responsibilities Co‑Lead a Product Squad: Partner with your Product Manager and Tech Lead to steer the squad and bring experiments to life with developers, QA, and stakeholders. Design End‑to‑End Solutions: Own the design process from ideation to pixel‑perfect execution, creating intuitive interfaces that drive user engagement and revenue. Drive Experimentation: Continuously test impactful ideas through A/B experiments and rapid iteration. Discovery & Data: Analyze usage data, conduct research, and perform competitor analysis to guide design decisions. Evolve the Design System: Contribute to maintaining and improving Yubo’s design system for consistency and scalability across the app. Who You Are 2+ years of product design experience, preferably at a startup or scale‑up. Experience shipping monetized features with measurable impact on ARPU, retention, or conversion. Strong interface‑design, usability, and design‑system skills. A product‑oriented mindset that balances data, business requirements, and user experience. Comfortable in fast‑paced, collaborative environments and effective at communicating across teams. A sense of ownership, autonomy, and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback. A passion for designing products that make a difference in the lives of millions of users. Within a month, you will Discover all parts of Yubo’s app and our different squads, and gain a deeper understanding of the current user base. Fully integrate within the Monetization squad. Start exploring Yubo’s visual assets and align on brand for future features. Within 3 months, you will Design and launch your first high‑impact feature, including new premium flows that increase conversion and retention of paying users. Monitor engagement and profitability metrics and iterate on your freshly released feature. Measurably increase ARPU through new premium loops. Within 6 months, you will Refresh all of Yubo’s visual assets—icons, colors, and layout—to ensure brand consistency and modern aesthetics.
