Payroll Partner (France - Remote) As the Payroll Partner, you will be a key member of the HR Services team, committed to building a workplace that fuels growth for both the business and its employees. This position is located in France and is fully remote, focusing on managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional support to our associates. Key Responsibilities Support payroll caseload for Tier 1 requests, responding to payroll inquiries and executing transactional processes while exceeding SLAs and quality standards. Serve as point of contact for payroll inquiries from regional EMEA Associate Groups, focusing on France and supporting other countries as needed. Manage the full payroll cycle: collect, validate, and input payroll data; ensure timely salary payments in compliance with statutory regulations, working with payroll providers. Coordinate with external payroll vendors for accurate calculations and submissions of social security contributions, taxes, and other statutory requirements. Collaborate with HR and finance on monthly payroll activities, updating HRIS systems, and communicating hires, leavers, promotions, and organizational changes. Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance, documenting procedures, and maintaining internal controls. Correspond with tax offices, health insurance companies, social security institutions, and other authorities. Process supplementary insurance and pension plans. Prepare payroll reports and statistics, issuing certificates and forms, reconciling accounts with finance, and compiling annual financial statements. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field and minimum of 2 years proven payroll experience. Deep knowledge of French labor, tax, and social security regulations; additional country knowledge welcomed. Experience working in multicultural, international teams with Finance and HR partners. Confidentiality and strong collaboration skills (communication, tone, messaging, execution, planning, ownership). Problem‑solving mindset, results‑oriented, with excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency in French and English; additional European languages welcomed. Knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday; proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
