Superintendant HSE – ref. JOB-1485 Nous recherchons actuellement deux Superintendants HSE expérimentés pour rejoindre un projet industriel majeur au Nigeria. Travaillant sur la base d'un rythme rotatif, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le maintien de standards HSE élevés sur les opérations de production et de logistique. Ce poste offre l'opportunité de diriger des équipes multiculturelles, d'assurer une exécution sécurisée des activités quotidiennes et de contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la culture sécurité sur site. VOS MISSIONS Superviser les activités HSE quotidiennes dans les zones de production et de logistique. Manager et accompagner deux Superviseurs HSE travaillant en rotation. Coordonner deux personnels HSE dédiés à la logistique et aux mouvements de matériel entre plusieurs sites. Veiller à la mise en œuvre des standards HSE de l'entreprise et du projet sur site. Suivre et améliorer la performance sécurité via audits, inspections et actions de coaching. Promouvoir une forte culture HSE auprès de l'ensemble du personnel et des sous-traitants. Assurer la liaison avec les représentants HSE du client et des sous-traitants afin de garantir l'alignement sur les objectifs de sécurité. Préparer les rapports réguliers et participer aux enquêtes d'incidents si nécessaire. VOTRE PROFIL Diplôme universitaire (ou équivalent) en Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement (HSE) ou dans un domaine connexe. 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en supervision HSE dans un environnement industriel ou pétrolier/gazier. Expérience confirmée en management d'équipes multiculturelles et de sous-traitants. Solides compétences en communication et leadership. Anglais courant, oral et écrit. Capacité à travailler efficacement dans des environnements exigeants. Une expérience en rotation en Afrique constitue un atout. JOB-1485 We are currently seeking two experienced HSE Superintendents to join a major industrial project in Nigeria. Working on a rotational basis, you will play a key role in maintaining high HSE standards across both production and logistics operations. This position offers the opportunity to lead multicultural teams, ensure safe execution of daily activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety culture on site. MISSION Supervising daily HSE activities across production and logistics areas. Managing and supporting two HSE Supervisors working on shift rotation. Coordinating two HSE personnel dedicated to logistics and material movements between multiple sites. Ensuring implementation of company and project HSE standards on site. Monitoring and improving safety performance through audits, inspections, and coaching. Promoting strong HSE awareness and culture among all personnel and subcontractors. Liaising with client and subcontractor HSE representatives to maintain alignment on safety objectives. Preparing regular reports and contributing to incident investigations when required. PROFILE Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) or related field. 5–10 years of experience in HSE supervision within industrial or oil & gas environments. Proven experience managing multicultural teams and subcontractors. Strong communication and leadership skills. Fluent English (spoken and written). Ability to work effectively in challenging environments. Previous rotational experience in Africa is an advantage.
