ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will report to a Marketing Director. As a new jewel on the premium skincare market, we are obsessed with growing our brand expanding its international footprint as well as constantly innovating to attain our significant business objectives in the years to come. We are looking for a skincare expert in product development & 360 campaigns who will strengthen our marketing team and help us keep on building the dream brand & achieving ambitious business objective. As a member of our talented marketing team, you will collaborate with internal partners to develop high‑end disruptive products and beautiful 360 campaigns. YOUR MAIN FOCUS You will be leading short‑ and long‑term full‑cycle new product development as well as coordinating 360 campaigns & content with cross‑functional teams. You will: Define 3Y strategy & activation plan of your franchises Create striking skincare concepts: from scientific insight, concept & technology valorization to briefing for formula & packaging development Coordinate profitability of the new projects Build & coordinate 360 marketing campaigns to activate new launches on relevant touchpoints aligned with markets and commercial needs Develop commercialization tools for countries: product offering books, campaign books. Monitor market panels (Circana, Beauty research), turnover, net sales. Ensure that the product development content is aligned with the vision of Orveda license team Management of a trainee Your key interlocutors: R&D teams: skincare labs, packaging development team, procurement, project initiative leadership team. Scientific valorization & CMI teams Finance & Operations teams 360 team: communication, digital, trade‑marketing, education, E‑commerce WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER You are ready to challenge the traditional ways of doing skincare. You have a creative mind and entrepreneurial approach. You are highly adaptive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced & dynamic environment. You have a strong sense of rigor and attention to detail. You’re a consumer‑oriented, goal‑focused & natural “problem‑solver”. You love the brand and understand it. WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO BRING TO ORVEDA You have a proven experience in international product development of at least 4 years, ideally in luxury skincare sector. You are passionate about skincare & esthetic procedures; knowledge of Asian market is highly appreciated. You have strong analytical skills & ability to synthesize. You are proficient in Power Point. You are fluent in English (French and/or Mandarin will be a plus).
